Acupressure is a traditional bodywork method based on stimulating specific pressure points on the body to support relaxation, recovery and natural energy balance.
In traditional Eastern wellness practices, these pressure points are associated with the circulation of qi, often described as the body’s natural vital energy.
Acupressure has been used for centuries in different Eastern wellness traditions and is often combined with modern recovery and wellness practices.
In my coaching approach, acupressure is used as a complementary recovery method alongside body conditioning and strength training.
