Nicofitpro are websites that offer online fitness training programs.

1. Eligibility

We provide our services exclusively to adults over 18 years old who are interested in online fitness training to gain muscle & strength, lose fat, and boost energy.

2. Health Disclaimer

By purchasing a program, users declare that they are in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition that may prevent safe participation in physical exercise.
Users understand that it is their sole responsibility to consult with a physician before beginning any fitness program or personal training.

Users acknowledge and accept the risks associated with physical activity and agree to follow all trainer instructions to ensure their safety.

By participating, users waive and release NicoFitPro, its owners, officers, employees, and instructors from any claim, demand, or cause of action related to injuries, damages, or losses that may result from participation in any offered program.

Users understand and accept that they are fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that may occur as a result of their participation.
By purchasing a program, they confirm that they have read and agreed to these terms.

3. Certification and Training Scope

All coaches associated with NicoFitPro by Nicolas Sobanski are certified professionals.
Our exercise programs and methods are not intended to treat or cure any disease and do not constitute medical therapy.

4. Nutrition Guidance

Nutrition plans may be offered by our certified nutritionists only via our official email: contact@nicofitpro.com, and are subject to separate pricing.

Our certified trainers may provide basic dietary advice (e.g. limiting sugar or increasing protein intake).
These recommendations are general lifestyle suggestions and do not replace a personalized nutrition plan or medical advice.

5. Online Sessions and Electronic Equipment

All training sessions are conducted online.
Users need a phone or laptop with an internet connection, camera and microphone (optional) to communicate with their coach in real time.

Sessions are not recorded.

6. Payments
All programs are paid in advance.

Payments are processed via PayPal, Stripe or Wise.
No financial information is stored or processed on this website.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy  ⚖️ 

• After payment, clients receive a questionnaire with a medical disclaimer. If a client suffers from any medical condition that may prevent safe participation in physical exercise, then his subscription will be automatically cancelled and 100% refunded.
• If a client purchase a program and never reply to the questionnaire then his subscription will be cancelled and 100% reimbursed after 30 days.
   

8. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

Users may provide their name, phone number, and email for communication purposes.
They have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data at any time by contacting: contact@nicofitpro.com.

9. Pricing and Copyright

NicoFitPro reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
All website content (texts, images, and videos) is protected by copyright.
It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, or use any material without written consent.

10. Code of Conduct

It is strictly prohibited to use this website for illegal, fraudulent, hateful, or deceptive behavior. Any user violating these rules will be permanently banned.
