As you progress—and depending on your specific physical goals—we will suggest the exact equipment or training locations needed to scale your results and break through plateaus.


If you’re under 65 and in good health, most basic movements are well within your reach. Safety first, though: we encourage all clients to visit their physician before starting any new exercise routine.


No. I focus on metabolism, not deprivation. We build a nutrition plan that fits your life, not one that ruins it.


As a total beginner with no underlying health conditions, a 6-month window of regular training (3 times per week) is a realistic timeframe to achieve a noticeable change in your fitness and physique. 


Our trainers will show you easy, effective pressure points that you can practice on your own, or as a fun, relaxing activity for couples, to help restore general well-being and natural energy. If you are looking for advanced, deeper guidance, you can also book a private, FREE online session directly with Nico.
